Qualified, BACP registered counsellor offering counselling face-to-face and online from therapy rooms based in BR1, Bromley, Greater London and online.

Hi, I’m Cat

I’m a qualified, BACP registered counsellor, with a Level 5 diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy. As well as supporting clients in my private practice based in Bromley, Greater London, I am part of a counselling team for a therapy service in the charity sector that supports the protective parents of children who have experienced sexual abuse.

As a Person-Centred therapist I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, care and deep respect for your unique story, values and experiences. Together, we’ll build a relationship based on trust and acceptance, one where you feel truly seen, heard and supported.

The therapy I offer is tailored to you as an individual. We’ll move at your pace and explore only what feels safe, relevant and helpful for you. Whatever challenges you may be facing, this is a nurturing space where healing, clarity and growth can emerge.

With compassion and curiosity, we’ll explore your life and gently uncover new insights and meaningful ways forward; ones that reflect and empower your strengths and support your capacity for growth and change. You will always be at the heart of the work we do together.

I welcome and respect difference and diversity in all its forms. I am committed to creating a non-judgemental, inclusive and affirming environment for everyone, regardless of background, identity or life experience.
